All the ceramics saled on this shop are handmade. Dimensions may vary a little bit on each. However, I carefully make my creation as close as possible to the dimensions specified in the item's informations.

Please, read carefully the item's informations you plan to buy. A lot of them are dishwasher and microwave safe, but some aren't, due to a specific glaze. However, a gentle handwash will always be better !
For all items, if you have some chips or cracks due to an intensive use and/or maladroitness, please avoid dishwasher and microwave. Wash gently by hand.

All creations are carefully packed. The packaging is designed for fragile items and I always put a "fragile" sticker on the package.

I never put the invoice in the package, you can find it on your Etsy user account or in your order validation's e-mails.

When receiving your order, please check that the package is not damaged nor open, and the creation inside is not broken.
Contact Nagori within 3 days, and send all the damage pictures you can. Depending the situation, a full or a partial refund will be considered.

Delivery is done by Colissimo in France, and Colissimo then your local postal service for the rest of the world.
All the packages have a tracking number you can use on www.colissimo.fr then, when the package arrive in your country, on your own postal service's tracking website.

Just like you, I check your package travel until delivery.

Please, check (and check again) the address when ordering. Nagori is not responsible if your postal service can't deliver your package.
Also, Nagori is not responsible if the package is not picked up on time and comes back to the shop.
